Quick Post

Howdy! I'm in Philly for a conference, so I'll make this quick. I ran 54 minutes yesterday, 6+ miles. I felt pretty good, but I got a cramp and my legs were a little sore.

Today, just a quick 3+ miler, 30 minutes.

Feeling good overall, climbed some good hills today and that felt pretty good.

I have decided that I need to run each day that I'll be running at my base next week, even if the mileage is low, just to get into the rhythm. That means off Mon., run Tues, Wed, Thurs, off Friday, run Sat. & Sun. We'll see how it goes.
